A graduate of Maltepe University’s Interior Architecture Department, Çağlar Aslan began his career working with some of Turkey’s leading brands, quickly building a strong foundation in both design and implementation. His experience at major industry players such as İder Furniture and Doğtaş Furniture gave him deep insight into both production processes and user expectations.

This expertise evolved into a global vision during his tenure at Defacto, where he held senior roles in international architectural-construction management. Over the course of his career, Aslan has successfully led more than 100 store projects across over 40 countries, gaining extensive experience in managing multicultural design and construction processes.

Today, under Aslan’s leadership, UNIQ DESIGN MONTENEGRO is more than just a design studio ,it is a creative hub that stands out in custom furniture and interior design projects, shaping every detail with tailor-made solutions. The brand blends Montenegro’s modern architectural spirit with Turkish design sensibilities, placing “uniqueness” at the heart of every project.

Aslan’s design philosophy is built on breaking preconceptions. For him, good design is not only visually appealing but also a language that reflects the soul of a space. Guided by this belief, UNIQ DESIGN KARADAĞ develops projects ranging from residential spaces to commercial venues, boutique hotels to concept stores, each brought to life through an approach that merges functionality with aesthetics and centers on user experience.
